Pilot Program

You are passionate about cooking. kazzera helps with the rest.

Use the customers you already have to sell a limited number of meals in advance.

No guessing how much to make.

How it works

Step 1

Organize Your Community

Bring your family, friends and social media fans to kazzera where they can easily order your food.

Step 2

Set up a drop.

Determine your minimum and maximum portions of your speciality dish, with a deadline to order and delivery window. When the minimum is met, you'll know exactly how much to prepare.

You have the options to set up for delivery, pick up or both.

Example Drop

Friday Family Dinner

$50 per family platter · 20 available

Order by Wednesday to make the drop happen.

Step 3

Share the drop

The drop details are sharable through social media, email, and old fashioned paper fliers.

Kazzera will help you get the word out!

Step 4

Make exactly what sold

20 orders? Make 20 platters. No preparing extra food hoping someone buys it.

Illustrative scenario

$1,000

food sales

− $50

5% commission

$950

to business*

Step 5

Kazzera coordinates delivery

When the food is ready, Kazzera organizes the orders and coordinates delivery.

Food$50
Delivery$5
Processing/platform fee$3
Customer total$58 before applicable tax

20 × $5 = $100 delivery pool

Kazzera coordinates delivery.

*Illustrative scenario: 20 platters at $50 each. The $950 is before the business's own food, labor, taxes, and other costs. Fees shown use Kazzera's default pricing configuration.

The loop

Your customers become your community on Kazzera. Share personal updates, ask what they want through polls, and announce your next Drop. The food you prepare becomes more than a meal—it becomes a connection people can come back to.

We think great, local food is worth planning for.

Kazzera is asking customers to support independent cooking talent over last-minute convenience. Send us a note if you'd like to help us refine our service.
